Privacy Policy

Last updated: April 17, 2026 · Product: Datomime

1. Who we are

This policy describes how we collect, use, disclose, and safeguard personal information when you use the Datomime websites and applications. For questions, contact admin@mploychek.com.

2. Information we collect

  • Account data: name, email address, organization, and authentication identifiers from your identity provider (for example Google or work email sign-in).
  • Product usage: configuration, jobs, logs, and technical telemetry needed to operate and secure the Services.
  • Support and marketing: messages you send through contact forms, demo requests, and optional technical chat transcripts stored for quality and safety review.
  • Uploaded files: spreadsheets or samples you provide to generate synthetic data, treated as potentially sensitive business data.

3. How we use information

We use personal information to provide, maintain, and improve the Services; authenticate users; detect abuse; comply with law; communicate about updates and security; and analyze aggregate usage trends where permitted.

4. Legal bases (EEA/UK)

Where GDPR/UK GDPR applies, we rely on performance of a contract, legitimate interests (such as securing the platform and understanding product usage), consent where required (for example marketing cookies or optional communications), and legal obligations.

5. Sharing and subprocessors

We use infrastructure and communications providers (for example cloud hosting, email delivery, payment processors, and optional AI model hosts) under written agreements requiring appropriate safeguards. We do not sell personal information as “sale” is defined under U.S. state privacy laws.

6. Retention and deletion

Account and billing records are retained as needed for legal, tax, and dispute-resolution purposes. Uploaded source data and synthetic outputs follow project-level retention controls configured in the product, with defaults described in deployment documentation. You may request deletion of personal data where applicable law requires, subject to legitimate retention needs.

7. Security

We implement administrative, technical, and organizational measures designed to protect personal data, including encryption in transit, access controls, and least-privilege operations practices. See also the Security page.

8. International transfers

If data is processed across borders, we use appropriate safeguards such as standard contractual clauses or equivalent mechanisms where required.

9. Your rights

Depending on jurisdiction, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or port your personal data, and to object to or restrict certain processing. Contact admin@mploychek.com to exercise rights. You may lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority where applicable.

10. Children

The Services are not directed to children under 16, and we do not knowingly collect their personal data.

11. Changes

We will post updates to this page and adjust the “Last updated” date. Material changes may require additional notice where the law mandates.

This policy is a template for product-led teams. Align it with your corporate entity, hosting regions, and Data Processing Agreement where required.
